Time Period: The 12 Holy Nights span from midnight December 24th to dawn January 6th, consisting of 12 days and 13 nights. This period bridges the gap between the lunar year (354 days) and the solar year (365 days), creating a sacred "time between the years" or Twelvetide.Core Spiritual Significance: Each of the 12 nights can be regarded as a microcosmic experience of the macrocosm, allowing us to approach the divine spiritual beings whose outer vestments are each of the constellations of the zodiac. These nights enable us to plunge into the twelve great forces of the universe, symbolically presented in the twelve signs of the Zodiac.
